    Our team includes a local construction company, a property development company, and a property management company. This means we can guide you through the whole journey from your first idea to the moment your property is up and running and starting to generate returns.

  • Leasehold (Hak Sewa) is the most common option for foreigners. You lease land or property for a fixed period (often 25–30 years, extendable). You get almost the same usage rights as ownership during the lease term, but the land ultimately remains with the original owner. Moreover, land prices in Bali have become so high that, especially in prime locations like Sanur, it no longer makes economic sense to own the land.

    Freehold of land is possible by foreigners after incorporation of PT PMA form of a company. Freehold is still possible in Lombok, where prices constantly grow but are still around up 10x cheaper than in Bali.

  • Investment co-ownership means several investors jointly own a property by pooling their funds. Each investor holds a share that reflects their contribution and receives returns accordingly, either through rental income, profit from resale, or both. This model makes it easier to access high-value properties, share risks, and benefit from professional management.

  • Yes, you can resell a leasehold property in Bali. What you’re selling is the remaining years of the lease, which the new buyer then takes over. The longer the lease period left, the higher the value of the property. It’s a flexible option that allows you to exit your investment whenever you choose.
